Working with incidents
If you've connected Slack, new incidents will automatically go to your Slack. For example:
You can then dive further into the incident:
Open in dashboard, so you can view more detail about the incident
Create new incident channel, so you can bring in the right people to work on the incident together
View logs, to get relevant logs around the incident time
Incidents are also listed on Cased's web application:
