Connect Cased to New Relic to monitor your applications and infrastructure

New Relic

To connect to New Relic, you will need your account ID and an API key.

Obtain Your Account ID

  1. Log in to your New Relic Dashboard
  2. Click on your account name in the top-right corner
  3. Select “Account settings”
  4. Your account ID is displayed on the account settings page

Generate an API Key

  1. In your New Relic account settings, go to “API Keys”
  2. Click “Create API Key”
  3. Give your API key a name (e.g., “Cased Integration”)
  4. Select the appropriate permissions (read/write access)
  5. Click “Create”
  6. Copy the generated API key immediately, as it will only be shown once

Connect to Cased

  1. Go to app.cased.com/connections/newrelic
  2. Enter the following information:
    • Account ID (from Step 4)
    • API Key (from Step 6)
  3. Cased agent will start using the New Relic connection.
